Yesenia
Office Manager
Yessie has been in the dental field for about 15 years. She is trained in both receptionist and dental assistant capacities, having received her Coronal Polish Certification from the Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS). She is OSHA & CPR certified and enjoys taking continuing education courses to improve her knowledge and skills. She prides herself in making every patient feel welcomed and comfortable. Yessie oversees all aspects of the office, from day-to-day operations, billing, and most importantly, answering all our patients’ questions and concerns. When she is not at the office, she likes spending time with her family: her two sons, daughter, three stepdaughters, and fiancé, Tom. She has two adorable doggies, Smoky and Cookie, and a cat named Freiah. Yessie also loves cooking, live music, and doing arts and crafts with her family. She looks forward to having the opportunity to make our patients feel like another member of her family!
Kate
Registered Dental Hygienist
After graduating from Tennessee Technology Center of Memphis as a Certified Dental Assistant in 2009, Kate started working part time with a periodontist in Memphis. In 2012, she decided to further her education and pursue a career in dental hygiene, graduating from the University of Tennessee’s Dental Hygiene Program in 2014 with honors. Kate moved to the Chicagoland area at the end of 2017 and began working with Dr. Zhu in early 2018. She is passionate and committed to dental hygiene and takes pride in being both thorough and gentle. Kate strives to provide a positive dental experience for every patient at Integrity Dental. When not busy at the office, Kate loves to travel and spend time with her three children at their sporting events.
Carolina
Head Dental Assistant
Carolina has been a part of the Integrity Dental Family since 2019. She has been in the world of dentistry for over 5 years, and helps the back office run smoothly to make sure our patients are seen in a timely manner and that all their dental needs are met. Carolina understands that trust is very important when treating our patients, and strives to create a bond with everyone that comes in. In her free time, Carolina likes to spend time with her family and boyfriend. She also loves playing soccer and working out.
Ashley
Dental Assistant
Ashley has been a dental assistant at Integrity Dental for over a year. Her kind demeanor puts our patients’ worries at ease and helps provide our patients with a positive dental experience. Although Ashley is relatively new to the dental world, she is always learning and aims to be the best she can for all her patients’ needs. When she is not at work, she likes spending time with her family and boyfriend.
Nancy
Receptionist
A Chicago native, Nancy has been working in the dental industry for about 12 years. She is highly experienced in both customer service and insurance. Nancy is proud to be the newest member of Integrity Dental and is always willing to grow as a receptionist and person by taking on new challenges. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and grandson. She also loves to watch baseball and is a diehard Cubs fan.
